To forward calls on a Mitel 5300 IP phone.

1. Press the Applications key (Blue/Grey key above the red hold key), then select Call Forwarding.

2.To forward to an internal extension, dial the extension number and select Activate. To forward to an external number, dial 9 (or your company’s external access code) followed by the number, then select Activate.

3. To deactivate, press the Applications key, select Call Forwarding, and then select Deactivate.
